This table saw method in my opinion is the most accurate way to cut gear teeth with this method because of the stiffness of the blade. The blade used in this video is a regular 24 tooth rip blade that has had the tips re-ground to cut a flat bottom. Chipping is a problem with cutting plywood gears, it would help to back up the gear blank with another disk.
